 How to Use Your First Aid Kit

1. **Bandage (4m)**:

   - **Purpose**: Used to hold dressings in place, apply pressure to wounds, or support injured limbs.

   - **Usage**: Wrap the bandage snugly but not too tight around the injury. 

Ensure circulation is not cut off. If it's for a wound, place a sterile pad over the wound first.

2. **Adhesive Bandages**:

   - **Usage**: Clean the wound with an antiseptic wipe (or water if not available), let it dry, 

then cover with the adhesive bandage. Change daily or if it gets wet.

3. **Sterile Gauze Swabs**:

   - **Usage**: Open the packet by tearing at the notch. If cleaning a wound, use the gauze with antiseptic solution. 

For dressing, place directly over the wound, then secure with tape or a bandage.

   - **Usage**: Open the packet, unfold the wipe, and gently clean the area around the wound. 

Do not use antiseptics directly in deep or puncture wounds.
